| 摘 要： | 目的：对TMD患者颜面部对称形成的原因进行探讨。方法：从关节专科门诊中随机抽出62例病人，用尺子测量亢进侧与废用的眼眶外眦部到口角的距离，及眉点、鼻尖、下颌颏点的连线。结果：TMD患者颜面部中1／3不对称，一侧丰满，另一侧瘦削；下颌颏点严重偏斜，影响患者的容貌美。结论：TMD的患者面部不对称应该作为一个症状而予以积极治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:For Temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD)would be study which have been made in face asymmetry in some cause Methods:For 62 cases of TMD on clinical treatment has used an rule for the oral corner line and corner of the eye on the hyper function side and abandon for having surveyed distance The patients of face low 1/3 were inclined The connectionline has passed to eyebrow point and nose and chin point Results:The TMD of patients have been made in an asymmetry of patients face The chin point inclined to one side,which has been influent of the women Esthetic The hyper function side and abandon side have been significant different(p<0 001) Conclusion:The TMD of patient face asymmetry must be one symptom |
