| 摘 要： | 目的：验证降低免疫性肝纤维化大鼠模型动物死亡率的药物肾上腺素的效果。方法：在大鼠腹部皮下多点注射“致敏”人血清白蛋白液，检测抗体，给大鼠尾静脉注射“攻击”白蛋白液，攻击前给肾上腺素腹腔注射，并与给前列腺素者做对照。结果：肾上腺组成活率90%，前列腺组0%。结论：肾上腺素具有明显的避免模型动物大鼠死亡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To testify the effect of adrenalin on the mortality of rats induced with immune fibrosis of liver. Method: Gave the rats multiple subcutaneous injections of sensitizing serum albumin solution in the abdomen to test antibodies, and intraperitoneal injections of adrenalin prior to injections of aggressive albumin solution into the rat's caudal veins. They were compared to those given PG. Result: Survival rate in the group given adrenalin was 90%, and that in the group given PG 0%. Conclusion: Adrenalin markedly prevents rat models from death. |
