不同频率电针治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效观察

目的寻找提高治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效的最佳方法。方法选择面肌痉挛患者90例,随机分为电针A组（连续波频率为20Hz）和电针B组（连续波频率为1Hz）,每组45例。两组均隔日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。从面肌痉挛程度（Albert分级）改善评定及临床疗效评定进行对照观察。结果两组治疗后,面肌痉挛强度分级及临床疗效评定均有改善,但电针A组疗效明显优于电针B组（P〈0.05）。结论采用连续波频率为20Hz电针治疗面肌痉挛具有较好的疗效。

Observations on the Clinical Efficacy of Different Frequency Electroacupuncture in Treating Facial Spasm

Objective To seek the best method for improving the clinical therapeutic effect on facial spasm. Methods Ninety patients with facial spasm were enrolled and randomly allocated to electroacupuncture group A （continuous waves and a frequency of 20 Hz） and electroacupuncture group B （continuous waves and a frequency of 1 Hz）,45 cases each. Both groups were treated once every other day,10 times as a course,for a total of 3 courses. The degrees of improvement in facial spasm （Albert grading） and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results Both the facial spasm grade and the clinical therapeutic effect improved in the two groups after treatment,but the therapeutic effect was significantly better in electroacupuncture group A than in electroacupuncture group B （P0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture with continuous waves and at a frequency of 20 Hz has clinically a better therapeutic effect on facial spasm.
