加替沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

目的：评价加替沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染四种方案的经济效果。方法：将184例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为加替沙星序贯疗法组（a1）、静脉滴注组（a2）和左氧氟沙星序贯疗法组（b1）、静脉滴注组（b2），观察各组的临床治疗效果并进行成本-效果分析。结果：a1、a2、b1、b2组总有效率分别为88．4％、89．1％、87．5％和89．4％；细菌清除率分别为85．5％、89．1％、87．7％和89．3％；不良反应发生率分别为4．65％、6．52％、6．25％和6．38％。结论：通过成本-效果分析，左氧氟沙星序贯疗法是治疗下呼吸道感染的较佳方案。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of gatifloxacin and Levofloxacin in Treating Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. METHODS 184 cases of lower respiratory tract infections treated with gatifloxacin(group a1,a2) and levofloxacin(group b1,b2) were evaluated by clinical effective ratethe analysis and evaluation were performed by cost-effectiveness analysis in pharmacoeconomics.RESULTS Total effective rates of group a1,a2 and b1,b2 were 88.4%,89.1% and 87.5%,89.4% respectivelytheir germ-clearance rate were 85.5%,89.1% and 87.7%,89.3%respectivelytheir incidences for adverse effects were 4.65%,6.52%,6.25%,6.38%.CONCLUSION Levofloxacin sequential therapy is cheaper and has better cost-effectiveness advantage in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.
