| 摘 要： | 目的：观察翳风穴刺络放血加针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：65例急性期周围性面瘫患者采用翳风穴刺络放血加针刺疗法。翳风穴刺络放血每日治疗一次，治疗5天后停用；针刺每日治疗一次，每次留针30min，每周治疗5天．1月为1疗程。结果：总有效率为98．5％，痊愈率为66．2％。提示：翳风穴刺络放血加针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint and acupuncture on acute peripheral facial paralysis.Method: 65 cases with acute peripheral facial paralysis were treated with venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint as well as acupuncture.Venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint was applied once a day and stopped using after 5 days.Acupuncture was done once a day,and stayed in for 30 minutes every time,5 days per week.A course of treatment includ... |
