| 摘 要： | 本文对３００例上腹部不适、疼痛、吞咽困难患者进行了胃声学造影的Ｂ超动态观察，对各种胃疾患的声像学特征进行初步讨论。利用这种方法可以清晰地显示胃解剖轮廓和胃壁的层次结构，可作为胃疾患的一种辅助诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Dynamic ultrasongrphy examiriation of 300 cases of gastric diseases withoral acoustic contrast agent were reported.The peper described the echographic characteris-tus of different kind of gastric diseases. This method can clearly show the gastric outline andthe anatomic structure and layers of stomach.It may be used as an auxillary diagnosticmethod for gastric disease. |
