摘    要:目的:研究补肾活血中药对股骨头缺血性坏死患者血液流变学和股骨头骨密度的影响.方法:选择股骨头坏死患者32例,采用补肾活血中药内服治疗3月,检测患者治疗前后血液流变学和股骨头骨密度的变化.结果:治疗后患者全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间均明显降低,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后股骨颈、Ward's三角区骨密度增高,较治疗前有明显差异(P<0.05).结论:补肾活血中药可改善股骨头处微循环的血液供应,增强股骨头局部骨密度,促进坏死股骨头的修复.

Abstract:Objective:To study on the effects of blood rheology and bone mineral density on patients with necrosis of femoral head caused by alcohol using Bushen Huoxuefang (BSHXF).Methods:32 patients were selected in this study, and they were treated continuing 3 months with BSHXF. The changes of blood rheology and bone mineral density were measured before and after treatment of BSHXF.Results:Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, electrophoresis time of RBC and hematocrit of patients after treatment were lower than that before treatment, and there were significant statistical differences between both.(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of the femoral neck and triangle area after treatment were higher than that of before, there were significant statistical differences too(P<0.05).Conclusion:BSHXF might improve the blood circulation in the region of femoral head increase the bone mineral density and promote repair of femoralhead necrosis.
