| 摘 要： | 用右心漂浮导管测定正常犬及心衰犬右心功指标：ＳＶ、ＣＯ、ＣＩ，用左心导管测定±ＬＶＰ、±ｄｐ／ｄｒ，两组实验指标提示不管是正常心功能状态或心衰状态，用右心漂浮导管测出的泵功能指标均能良好反映左心室收缩功能情况，但不能全面反映舒张功能情况。推测是由于舒张功能与泵功能呈非线性关系所致。
