抗糖平对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗相关指标的影响

目的：观察抗糖平对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗相关指标的影响。方法：选择2型糖尿病患者86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以二甲双胍0.5g,每日三次,抗糖平50ml,早晚各一次;对照组单服用同等剂量的二甲双胍。观察两组治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）、血脂、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果：治疗后治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）、血脂、血液流变学等相关指标明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：抗糖平联合二甲双胍可有效改善2型糖尿病的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）、血脂、血液流变学等指标,对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗有较好的治疗作用。

Effect of Kangtangping on Insulin Resistance of Diabetic 2-Related Indexes

Objective: To observe the Effect of Kangtangping on Insulin Resistance of Diabetic 2-Related Indexes.Methods: The 86 case were randomized into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with oral taking dimethylbiguanide 0.25g,3 time a day,and Kangtangping 50ml,twice a day.The control group was treated with oral taking the same dosage of dim-ethylbiguanide.Observe the changes of blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(GHbAlc),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),blood fat,et al of two groups before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBE),postprandial blood sugar(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(GHbAlc),insulin sensitivity index(ISI) and blood fat of treatment group were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And surpasses the control group obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangtangping dimethylbiguanide can effectively improve blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(GHbAlc),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),blood fat,et al.It has good therapeutic effects on Insulin Resistance of Diabetic 2.
