两种入径行冠状动脉造影术对患者舒适度和焦虑情绪影响的对比

目的比较桡动脉和股动脉不同入径行冠脉造影术对患者舒适度和焦虑情绪的影响。方法将240例患者分为两组(经桡动脉组和经股动脉组),采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),比较两组患者穿刺部位并发症、舒适度、焦虑情况。结果两组患者一次置管成功率、手术时间、造影成功率、血管痉挛无显著性差异(P>0.05);桡动脉组术后穿刺部位并发症、腰酸背痛、烦躁失眠、排便方式改变等均低于股动脉组(P<0.05);术前两组SAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后桡动脉组比股动脉组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉途径行冠脉造影能增加患者舒适度,减轻术后焦虑水平。

Comparison study on the effects of two approaches of coronary angiography on comfort and anxiety of patients

Objective To compare the effects of two ap pr oaches of coronary angiography on comfort and anxiety of patients.Met hods Two hundred and forty patients involving in the study were divi ded into two groups(transfemoral group and transradial group),tested by Self-Ra ting Anxiety Scale(SAS).The success rate of puncture,comfort and anxiety were co mpared between two groups.Results There were no significa nt difference in the success rate of indwelling catheter,operation time,the suc cess of angiography, angiospasm between two groups(P>0.05).The complications of puncture, waist soreness,restlessness,agrypnia,change of agrypn ia way in transradial group were lower than those in transfemoral group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS between two group s before operation,but significant decrease occurred in transradial group after operation.Conclusion Transradial approach of coronary ang iography helps improve comfort and lessen anxiety of patients after operation.
