| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声宫颈长度测量联合胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fFN)检测对早产的预测价值。方法阴超检测88例先兆早产者宫颈长度,并用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测量其宫颈阴道分泌物中fFN水平,追踪妊娠结局。结果阴道超声下宫颈长度测量联合fFN预测早产的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为92.3%、93.9%、92.3%、93.9%,其特异度、阳性预测值明显高于单独检测宫颈长度及fFN(P<0.05)。结论阴超下宫颈长度测量联合fFN检测可提高早产预测的准确性,并有利于制定及时有效的治疗方案,对检测阴性者避免过度治疗干预,阳性者结合临床采取积极保胎、宫颈环扎及促胎肺成熟的治疗,可提高早产儿成活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of cervical length measurement in combination with fetal fibronectin(fFN) test in predicting premature labor.Methods The cervical length in 88 cases with threatened premature delivery were measured using vaginal ultrasound and their fFN levels of vaginal secretion in cervix were detected by ELISA.The pregnancy outcomes follow-up were recorded.Results The sensitivity,the specificity,the positive and negative predictive values of premature labor were 92.3%,93.9%,92.3%,and 93.9%... |
