| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗抑郁药的应用对冠心病患者临床疗效的影响。方法对筛选出的60例冠心病合并抑郁情绪的患者按随机原则分为两组,实验组和对照组各30例。实验组进行冠心病常规药物治疗的同时加用抗抑郁药,对照组只进行常规药物治疗,两组分别于治疗前、治疗8周后各进行一次心电图检查和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定,两组于治疗4周后再行一次SDS的测定,将所有的检查、测定结果列表进行比较。结果实验组心电图症状的改变、SDS的评分改变与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论抗抑郁药配合常规治疗冠心病的疗效显著,值得在临床冠心病治疗中推广应用。
