| 摘 要： | 通过实施优化重组教学实验室,构建开放共享的实验运行新机制和平台；科学整合实验教学内容,构建创新性实验教学体系；坚持以学生为主体,构建以医学生自主学习和研究性学习为主的实验教学新模式；积极引导学生参加科研创新活动,构建医学生科研创新模式等全面提升实验教学效果,积极促进医学创新型人才的培养,为发挥实验教学在医学创新型人才培养中的重要作用提供借鉴的途径和方法. |

| Abstract: | By implementing optimization and reorganization of teaching laboratory,the paper discusses the construction of the opening sharing experimental operation mechanism and platform.By integrating experimental teaching contents scientifically and adhering to the students as the main body,we constructed a new experimental teaching model of medical students' self-learning and investigative study mainly.We actively guided students to take part in scientific research innovation activities to improve the overall experiment teaching effect.It would provide beneficial ways and methods to display the important role of experimental teaching for the training of medical innovation talents. |
