互动式案例教学方法在妇产科学教学中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨互动式案例教学方法在妇产科学临床教学中的应用,并对教学方法的效果作出分析.方法 以七年制临床医学专业集中轮回实习生为研究对象,将教学案例随机分组,采用互动式案例教学方法进行临床教学.结果 通过问卷调查显示,98.8%的学生认同此种教学方法,而表示不赞成此种教学方法的学生仅占0.6%.通过考试成绩分析,实验组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 互动式案例教学方法对于培养学生临床思维能力、多项思维方式、完善知识结构、促进自学能力的发展有积极作用,是提高教学质量和学生素质有效的途径.

Abstract:Objective An analysis of the effects of "interactive case study teaching method" in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods By clinical professional 7-year concentrated reincarnation students intem for research object,some of obstetrics and gynecology cases were randomly divided,the application "interactive case study teaching method" is implemented in clinical teaching obstetrics and gynecology.Results Through the questionnaire survey,98.8% student identity such teaching methods,and this teaching method disapproval of the student accounted for only 0.6 percent.According to analysis of test scores,the experimental group scored significantly higher ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions "Interactive case teaching method" thinking ability for students,a number of ways of thinking,improve the knowledge structure,and promote the development of self-learning ability has a positive effect,is to improve the teaching quality and student quality extremely effective way.
