Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of scene simulation teaching based on the work process to practice teaching in internal medicine.Methods The objects of this research were 124 clinical medical students of grade 2008 in Luohe Medical College.The experimental group (62 cases) was used scene simulation teaching based on the work process,the control group (6.2 cases) was used traditional teaching method during practice teaching in internal medicine.Results The performance of the students in average score of " Skills Operation of Internal Medicine" in experimental group was more higher than that of the control group.However,there is no difference of the basic knowledge between the two groups.Conclusions The scene simulation teaching based on the work process could improve the teaching effect of practice teaching in internal medicine,and It could make up deficiency of traditional clinical teaching.
