黄芪多糖与人参总皂苷联用的免疫调节作用初步研究

目的:研究黄芪多糖(APS)与人参总皂苷(TG)联用对正常人外周血T细胞增殖及对环磷酰胺(CY)处理后小鼠免疫功能 的影响。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测并计算人外周血T细胞的增殖率;测定小鼠脾脏、胸腺等免疫器官重量。结 果:APS浓度在25-100μg／ml范围内、TG浓度在5-20μg／ml范围内均可促进人外周血T细胞的增殖,增殖率分别为102．3％- 141．1％和113．9％-163．1％,二者联用后的增殖率为262．3％-383．0％;与CY组比较,APS、APS+TG组小鼠脾脏指数明显更 高(P<0．05),而TG组无明显差异。结论:APS与TG联用能促进正常人外周血T细胞增殖和增强小鼠免疫功能,并具有一定的 协同作用。

Study on the Immunoregulation Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides Combining with Total Ginsenoside

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of astragalus polysaccharides(APS) combining with total ginsenoside (TG) on the proliferation of T cells in peripheral blood of healthy adults and on the immune function of mice after treatment with cyclophosphamide (CY) . METHODS: The proliferation rate of T cells in peripheral blood was detected by methyl thia-zolyl tetrazolium(MTT) colorimetric analysis; the weight of immune organs such as spleen and thymus etc. in mice were detected. RESULTS: The proliferation of T cells in human peripheral blood could be enhanced if the concentration of APS remained within 25-100μg/ml and that of TG remained within 5-20μg/ml; the proliferation rates were 102.3%-141.1% and 113.9%-163.1% , respectively; the figure stood at 262.3%-383.0% when APS and TG used in combination. The spleen indexes of APS group and the APS plus TG group increased significantly vs. the CY group(P<0.05), while that of the TG group failed to have any significant difference. CONCLUSION: The combination of APS and TG has synergistic actions and which can promote the proliferation of T cells in peripheral blood of healthy adults and enhance mice' immune function.
