淋巴管内皮生长因子受体3对胃癌血管生成、肿瘤转移及预后的影响

目的探讨淋巴管内皮生长因子受体3（VEGFR-3）与胃癌临床病理参数、血管生成及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测51例胃癌手术切除标本中VEGFR-3的表达,应用CD34标记肿瘤内微血管,计数微血管密度,对VEGFR-3与临床病理参数、肿瘤内MVD以及预后间的关系进行回顾性分析。结果胃癌淋巴结转移组织VEGFR-3阳性率和MVD明显增高;VEGFR-3阳性组和高MVD组患者的中位生存时间以及3年、5年生存率均明显低于阴性组,VEGFR-3与MVD呈正相关。结论VEGFR-3的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、肿瘤分级及淋巴结转移相关。VEGFR-3可促进肿瘤微血管生成。VEGFR-3阳性、MVD增高可作为胃癌淋巴转移及预后的指标。

Effects of Lymphatic Growth Factor on Angiogenesis, Tumor Metastasis and Prognosis in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between VEGFR-3 and MVD,the indexes of clinicopathology and prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF-3 in 50 ESCC tissues.Microvessels were marked with CD34,and its density(MVD) was counted.The correlation between VEGFR-3 and clinical pathological features and MVD was analyzed statistically.Results The survival rate of patients with high MVD and positive expression of VEGFR-3 in the tumor was significantly lower than that of patients with low MVD and negative expression of VEGFR-3.There was a close correlation between MVD and VEGFR-3 expression.Conclusion VEGFR-3 expression is related to cancer angiogenesis,and VEGFR-3 and MVD may be used as biological markers for the lymph node metastasis and dismal prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
