| 摘 要： | 本文报道62例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者血清镁、血脂与糖尿病结膜微血管病变的关系。与无结膜微血管病变者比较,有结膜微血管病变者(13例)血清镁和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低,而血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值显著升高,提示低镁血症和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低可能是糖尿病病人发生微血管病变的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | The disorders of serum magnesium and lipid metabolism associated with diabetic conjunctival microangiopathy (DCMP) were found in 62 non-insulin-dependent diabetics (NIDD). 13 patients with DCMP, as compared with the patients without DCMP, have significantly lower mean serum magnesium level,lower serum HDL-cholesterol and higher ratio of LDL-cholesterol/HDL-cholesterol. These findings seem to suggest that hypomagnesemia and lower serum HDL-cholesterol level may contribute to the occurrence of DCMP |
