老年患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后应用血管闭合器的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察应用Angio-seal血管闭合器的安全性和有效性。方法行经皮冠状动脉介入术且符合血管入选标准80例患者,分为血管闭合器组40例,沙袋压迫组40例,分别采用Angio-seal血管闭合器和沙袋止血,观察比较两组在拔除动脉鞘管后,卧床及允许下床时间、术后舒适程度、术后穿刺点血管并发症的发生率。结果血管闭合器组与沙袋压迫组比较,拔除动脉鞘管后卧床时间明显缩短,允许下床时间明显提前,术后舒适程度明显提高,术后24h穿刺点血管并发症的发生率低,P均<0.01。但两组术后72h穿刺点血管并发症的发生率比较,P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论Angio-seal血管闭合器用于经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者可提高患者的舒适度,具有安全性和有效性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of Angio-seal blood vessel closer. Methods 80 patients, meeting the standards of percutem coronaria intervention (PCI), were divided into two groups: 40 in Angio-seal group and the other 40 in sandbag pressure group. The two methods were used for haemostasis. After withdrawal of arterial sheaths, the duration of lying in bed and moving, postoperative satisfaction degree, postoperative complications of blood vessels at puncture points were compared between the groups. Results The durations of lying in bed and moving in the Angio-seal group were shortened significantly compared with the sandbag group and the satisfaction in the former group was enhanced more significantly than the latter (P<0.01). The complication occurrence rate at the puncture points was lower in 24 h and 72 h in the Angio-seal group, but with no significant difference in 72 h compared with the sandbag. Conclusion Angio-seal blood vessel closer is safe and effective, helping improve the satisfaction degree in patients with PCI.
