维生素E和硒对糖尿病肾病及高血压肾损害时丙二醛及超氧化歧化酶的作用观察

摘    要:目的:研究维生素E、硒作为氧自由基清除剂对氧自由基脂质氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和抗氧化防御系统的超氧化歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:测定糖尿病肾病患者27例、高血压肾损害患者30例及糖尿病合并高血压伴肾损害患者25例,测定维生素E和硒治疗前后的血清MDA、SOD的活力浓度。结果:3组患者治疗前MDA和SOD水平均高于正常值;治疗3个月后MDA值均明显降低,与治疗前相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);SOD值均略有降低,与治疗前相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:维生素E和硒治疗后血清MDA水平降低,表明氧自由基清除剂能有效清除氧自由基,改善细胞代谢及功能。由于所选病例均为早期肾损害者,治疗前血清SOD出现代偿性增高,治疗后仍处在增高水平。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of vit E and selenium on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in early nephropathy of diabetes and hypertension. Methods The serum MDA and SOD were determined in 278 patients with early nephropathy of diabetes, 30 patients with hypertension, and 25 patients of both before and after the administration of vit E and selenium.Results Before given Vit E and selenium, the serum MDA and SOD concentrations of the three groups were significantly higher than normal ( P < 0.01 ). After the administrations, the serum MDA of the three patients groups were significantly lower ( P < 0.01 ); and the serum SOD were slightly elevated ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion The early nephropathy of diabetes and hypertension can be caused by oxygen free radicals, scavengers can improve cellular metabolism and function with prevention and improvement of early nephropathy.
