复方汉防己冲剂对肝硬化门静脉血流量的影响

目的观察中药复方汉防己冲剂对肝硬化门静脉血流量及食管静脉曲张(EV)的影响。方法采用彩色多普勒超声及电子胃镜下检测复方汉防己冲剂组52例及服肝太乐对照组30例治疗前后PV、SPV、SMV的血流量及EV程度的变化。结果复方汉防己冲剂组治疗前血流量PV、SPV和SMV分别为920.3±110.6、426.2±101.3、311.4±122.6ml/min,治疗6个月后,分别为815.2±116.7、321.4±109.6、233.2±104.9ml/min(P<0.05或0.01);而对照组分别为923.4±115.4、429.8±112.3、321.6±118.4ml/min,两组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。复方汉防己冲剂组EV与对照组相比有显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论表明复方汉防己冲剂不仅有很好抗肝纤维化的作用,并有降低门静脉血流量、门脉高压及减轻EV作用。

The influence of Compound Hanfangji medical granulate on portal hemodynamics in patients with hepatocirrhosis

Objective To probe the effects of Compound Hanfangji medical granulate on portal hemodynamics and esophageal varices in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Methods The color Doppler ultrasonography was employed to detect the hemodynamic change in PV, SPV and SMV in patients with hepatocirrhosis before and after treatment with Compound Hanfangji medical granulate(n=52,i.e treatment group) and Gantaile(n=30,i.e controlled group). Meanwhile, the effects of these two Chinese herbs on EV were also compared. Results Before treatment, the flow volume of PV, SPV and SMV were 920.3±110.6ml/min, 426.2±101.3ml/min and 311.4±104.9ml/min respectively;6 months after treatment,the above flow volumes decreased to 815.2±116.7ml/min, 321.4±109.6ml/min and 233.2±104.9ml/min, respectively. However, in controlled group,flow volume of PV,SPV and SMV were 923.4±115.4ml/min, 429.8±112.3ml/min and 321.6±118.4ml/min respectively. There was significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). The changes of EV in treatment group was more obvious compared with that in controlled group(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Compound Hanfangji medical granulate has such advantages as anti-fibrosis, reducing portal flow volume and portal hypertension as well as preventing recurrence of EV.
