癌症患者心理失衡原因及应对方式

目的:探讨癌症患者心理失衡原因及应对方式,为临床护理及心理干预提供理论依据.方法:采用情绪影响因素调查表和患者一般情况表.对140例癌症患者进行调查评估.结果:对于生命受到威胁、医疗费用、手术结果、社会地位改变、拖累家人的担心和缺乏对所患疾病的相关知识等是心理失衡的主要原因.结论:对癌症患者不同阶段的心理特点进行有效心理干预,可提高患者生活质量.
