家庭保健员在健康教育中的作用

目的探讨家庭保健员在健康教育中的作用。方法编写培训资料、健康处方,采取集中上课与专科培训、分类指导和入户辅导相结合的方法,培训家庭保健员156人,使他们掌握防治疾病等知识和技能,自觉承担起家庭、邻居及社会人群的健康教育、预防保健工作。结果提高了居民自我保健能力,防病知识知晓率为98.6%,减少了疾病的复发和并发症的发生,对居民健康的维护和保障起到了独特的作用。结论家庭保健员深入家庭,面向社会人群进行健康教育,收到了良好的效果,对疾病的防治起到积极作用,值得推广。

Home Health Workers' Role in Health Education

Objective To investigate the role of trained home health worker in health education.Methods Training handbooks were compiled,and health remedies were prescribed.A specific practice training in combination with home health care instruction was carried out.Totally 156 home health workers were well-trained on knowledge and skill of prevention and treatment of diseases.They assumed the responsibility for health education and disease prevention for family,neighbor and community.Results Ability of self-treatment of residents was improved,the recognition rate of the residents about disease prevention was 98.6%,and relapses and complications of diseases were reduced.Conclusion Home health workers plays an important role in health education and disease prevention for community.This new method is scientific,practical and effective,and it is well worth popularization.
