| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巨大鹿角状肾结石的手术方法.方法采用肾窦内肾盂切开取石术治疗巨大鹿角状肾结石68例.结果68例患者均取石成功.平均手术时间117min;术中需输血者9例,平均输血量450ml.术后复查B超或KUB平片,6例有肾内残余结石,但直径均小于0.8 cm.结论肾窦内肾盂切开取石术治疗巨大鹿角状肾结石效果满意,操作简便、安全、易掌握.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the surgical treatment of huge staghorn stone. Methods: The data of 68 cases treated with intrasinusal pyelolithotomy were analysed. Results: Lithotomy was successful in all cases with the average operation time 117 minutes. Blood transfusion during the procedure was required in 9 cases with an average of 450 ml. Postoperative examination with B ultrasound and KUB revealed residual stones in 6 cases, the diameters were less than 0.8 cm. Conclusions: The procedure for giant staghorn calculi is easy, safe, and effective to renal parenchyma intact. |
