低位直肠癌吻合口漏的预防措施

背景 ]探讨防止低位直肠癌直肠全系膜切除保留肛门术的骶前吻合口漏发生的措施 .病例报告 ]给 4 9例低位直肠癌患者行骶前吻合术时应用了会阴部向盆腔内推顶、吻合完毕后向肛门内注气的技术 ,术后均未出现便失禁 ,3例出现盆腔内局部复发 ,2例出现吻合口漏 (4% ) .讨论 ]在低位直肠癌直肠全系膜切除保留肛门术中应用会阴部推顶、肛门内注气的技术进行骶前吻合可减少术后并发症

Measures of preventing anastomotic leakage after total rectal resection and complete mesorectum excision in low rectal carcinoma

BACKGROUND?To study the measure of reduci ng the anastomotic leakage after total rectal resection and complete mesorectu m ex cision in low rectal carcinoma.?CASE REPORTS?Out of 49 cases o f low rectal carcinoma that was operated by the skill of pushing the perineum du ring anastomosis,injecting gas into the anal after anastomosis, no one case was happened the bowel movement incontinence, 3 cases recured the local regional recurrence, and 2 cases (4%) had the anastomotic leakage in the pelvic.? DI SCUS SION?The skill of pushing the perineum and injecting gas into the anal is good method for protecting anastomotic leakage with total retal resection and complete mesorectum excision in low rectal carcinoma.
