潘托拉唑、阿莫西林与甲硝唑联合治疗十二指肠溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌的临床观察

目的观察三联疗法2周根治十二指肠溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法56例经尿素酶，组织学证实为幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡的患者，使用潘托拉唑片40mg 1次／d口服，用药2周，阿莫西林胶囊1.0g，2次／d，甲硝唑0.4g，2次／d，同时服1周，停药4周观察临床效果，胃镜下溃疡愈合情况及幽门螺杆菌根除率。结果临床疼痛缓解率为96.4％（54／56），溃疡愈合好转率为89.3％（50／56），幽门螺杆菌根除率为85.7％（48／56），副作用8.9％（5／56）。结论以新型质子泵抑制剂潘托拉唑为基础的三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌及溃疡愈合率均高，疗程短，副作用小，依从性好，是较理想的治疗幽门螺杆菌感染合并消化性溃疡的方案。

Clinical observations on the effects of pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer

Objective To investigation the effect of pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin and met-ronidazole in treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer. Methods 56 patients with duodenal ulcer and Hp infection confirmed by histology and right urease fest were treated with pantoprazole 40 mg one time a day for 2 weeks, amoxieillin 1.0 g two times a day for one week, metronidazole 0.4g two times for one week. Relieving rate of clinical symptom, the cure rate of ulcer by gastroseope were observed after four weeks. Results The relieving rate of abdominal pain was 96.4% （54/56） , the ulcer healing rate was 89.3% （50/56） , Hp eradicate rate was 85.7% （48/56）, the side effect rates were 8.9%（5/56）. Condisin Pantoprazole which combind with amoxieillin and metronidazole in the treatment duodenal ulcer and Hp infection curative effect to the good, the curse of treatment is short, the side effect are few,is an desirable treatment method for Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer.
