| 摘 要： | 目的：分析老年糖尿病的临床特点及并发症，并指导临床诊治，方法：回顾性对比分析１９９６年－１９９８年收治的老年与非老年糖尿病。结果：老年糖尿病发病率高，症状不典型，并发症及低血糖发生率高，且预后差，结论：早期发现，积极预防及治疗老年糖尿病及并发症，有较重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and complications of senior diabetes mellitus (DM) to guide the treatment in the clinical practice. Method: Analyzing the senior and non-senior diabetes mellitus (DM) patients retrospectively, who were admitted from 1996 to 1998. Results: The senior diabetes mellitus has a high morbidity with atypical symptoms. Hypoglycemia and complications are quite common in senior diabetes with a bad prognosis. Conclusion: The early finding and the proper prevention and treatment of senior diabetes and its related complications are of great importance in the clinical practice. |
