摘    要:通过对中医院品牌建设与中医药人才培养的关系以及如何进行中医院品牌建设等方面进行探讨与分析,总结出医院只有培养优秀的中医药人才,实施品牌优势经营战略,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract:To discuss and analyz the meaning and contents of brand construction,the relation between brand construction and personnel training,and how to carry though brand construction,we can draw a conclusion that is the hospital can be in the intense market competitionneutrality to the invincible position only to train outstanding Chinese medicine talented person,the implementation brands uperiority management strategy.
