槲皮素脂质体纳米粒对肝癌HepG2细胞生长的抑制作用

摘    要:目的 比较槲皮素脂质体纳米粒化后对肝癌HepG2细胞的抑制作用是否优于纯槲皮素.方法 将不同浓度的槲皮素悬液与采用薄膜蒸发-高压均质法制备的槲皮素脂质体纳米粒,空白脂质体纳米粒槲皮素,加入到肝癌HepG2细胞悬液中进行培养,24h,48h后,加入MTT,观察细胞生长状况,分析抑制情况.结果 48h光密度值:同浓度的槲皮素脂质体纳米粒明显较槲皮素,空白脂质体纳米粒小,与5-Fu比较,明显较大,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 在所使用的浓度范围内,槲皮素脂质体纳米粒对体外肝癌HepG2细胞生长的抑制作用更优于纯槲皮素.

Abstract:[Objective] To compare the inhibitory effects of the Quercetin and nanometer-granulated Quercetin liposome on HepG2 cell of liver cancer. [Method] Quercetin liposome nanometer-granules and liposome nanometer-granules( By the means of film highly-pressured and evenly-textured)and Quercetin were respectively added into the HepG2 cell. After 24 hours or 48 hours, we observed the growth condition of cell with the MTT and analysed their inhibitory effects. [Results] Discovery through the MTT: honour density function of 48 hours: honour density function of Quercetin liposome nanomete-granules is obviously lower than those of Quercetin, liposome nanomete-granules (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The experiment showd that within the range of density applied, the inhibitory effect of Quercetin liposome nanomete-granules on HepG2 cell is better than that of Quercetin.
