| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效.方法 将该院诊治的53例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,观察组28例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组25例单独采用西医治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组的总有效率为96.4%,对照组为76.O%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为7.1%,对照组为12.0%,两组比较,差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可获得满意疗效,值得临床推广应用.
