| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对人工双极头置换治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的病例分析,了解人工双极头在临床治疗中的作用.方法 采用双极头人工股骨头骨水泥型置换术,进行人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折35例.结果 平均随访3.5年,97.1%的患者的关节功能良好满意.结论 人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折是简单、安全、有效的治疗方法,能提高老年人的生活质量,但要严格控制适应证,最好年龄大于65岁的股骨颈骨折才行人工股骨头置换治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the results of the replacement of bipolar artificial femoral head for the displaced fracture of femoral neck.Method] 35 cases had performed by replacements of bipolar artificial femoral head.Result] A 5-year follow-up,the clinical satisfactory rate is 97.1%.Conclusion] The bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is an effective method for the elderly patient with femoral neck fracture.On the surgical treatment,the patients should be more than 65 years old. |
