| 摘 要： | CXC趋化因子是一类结构功能相似、具有趋化吸引和活化作用的小分子蛋白,在介导局部和全身炎症反应中起重要作用.干扰素(IFN)是一种具有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的可溶性糖蛋白,主要由单核细胞和淋巴细胞产生.IFN不仅可通过PKR、2'-5'OAS、Mx、ADAR1途径发挥抗病毒作用,还可作用于中性粒细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞等,影响部分趋化因子的分泌和表达,在局部、全身抗炎症反应中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | CXC chemokines are a class of similar structure and function,with chemotactic attraction and activation of small-molecule proteins,and have better effects on local and systemic inflammatory response.Interferon(IFN),a type of soluble glycoprotein mainly secreted by monocytes and lymphocytes,plays a key role on broad-spectrum effect of anti-viral,anti-tumor and immune regulation.IFN not only plays anti-viral effects through PKR,2'-5'OAS,Mx,ADAR1 pathway,but also acts on some chemokines secreting from neutroph... |
