外科手术治疗骶骨肿瘤的研究综述

目的骶骨肿瘤的治疗以外科手术为主。手术的难度和风险较大,受到了国内外医疗工作者的重视。方法本文就骶骨肿瘤治疗的诊断、手术方法选择以及并发症的防治分别进行综述。结果根据骶骨肿瘤患者特点制定个体化的以手术治疗为主的综合治疗方案,术间和术后需要认真控制并发症,才能得到较满意疗效。结论外科手术虽然对有些肿瘤达不到根治的目的,但可延长生命,减轻痛苦,并为其辅助治疗创造条件。

The Research Development of Surgery to Treat Sacrum Tumors

Objective Surgery remains the main treatment mode for sacrum tumors. Current surgical methods still have high difficulties and risks, and special attention was paid to them at home and abroad. Method The diagnoses, surgical methods and complication managements of sacrum tumors are summarized in this paper. Results Individualized surgical treatment with combination of radio therapy or/and chemotherapy will make good results for patients with sacrum tumors. Intra- and post-operative complications must be carefully monitored and managed. Conclusions Although surgery sometimes can not achieve real cure for some tumors, it can prolong life, ease pain and create conditions for adjunctive therapy.
