人垂体腺瘤染色体、细胞增殖周期、增殖细胞核抗原及hst基因检测与肿瘤生物学特性的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨人脑垂体腺瘤的生物学特性。方法 采用细胞遗传学方法检测人垂体腺瘤染色体50例,FCM技术检测细胞增殖周期40例,免疫组化ABC法分别检测PCNA和hst基因在48例垂体腺瘤中的表达。结果 人脑垂体腺瘤组织形态属良性,却存在不同类型的生物学特性,其生物学特性的改变与其瘤体大小,侵袭性生长方式等肿瘤特性相关;其病理形态与其不同临床表现无明显相关。结论 人垂体腺瘤生物学特性检测可作为组织形态学检测的一种补充,并可为人垂体腺瘤的诊治及其预后估计提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective To study human pituitary adenoma and its correlated biological features.Methodds Fifty speciments from the tumor chromosomes were analyzed by cytogenetic assay.Forty samples from cell proliferative cycle were surveyed by FCM (Flow Cytometry).Immunohistochemistry methods ABC were applied to detect the expressions of PCNA and HST gene in 48 pituitary adenomas.Results The histomorphology of the tumor was benign with various kinds of biological features.Their changes were correlated with the characters of the tumor (its size,mode of invasive growth,etc).The tumor with different clinical manifestations is very hard to assess only from its pathological morphology.Conclusion The assay of biological features of the tumor is an essential supplement in the histomorphology detection,which provides an important hint for the treatment and assessment of the tumor's prognosis.
