儿童慢性乙肝病毒携带者T细胞亚群与HBeAg的关系

目的研究儿童慢性HBV携带者的T细胞亚群状态。方法设正常对照组(n=32)及儿童慢性HBV携带(ASC)组(n=104),ASC组中又根据HBeAg分为HBeAg阳性(n=56)及阴性组(n=48)。血清HBV标志物经酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),T细胞亚群采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸(APAAP)免疫组化染色法检测。结果ASC组CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8 明显低于对照组,CD8 明显高于对照组(P<0.01);其中HBeAg阳性组的CD4 、CD4 /CD8 较HBeAg阴性组明显升高(P均<0.01或0.05);CD8 明显降低(P<0.01)。结论儿童慢性HBV携带者存在T细胞亚群功能紊乱。其中,尤以HBeAg阳性者为著。

Relationship between T-cell subsets and HBeAg in chronic hepatitis B-virus children carriers

Objective To investigate the relationship between the T-cell subsets and HBeAg in chronic hepatitis B-virus carrier children.Methods One handred and four chronic hepatitis B-virus carrier children and 32 healthy children were selected,the former were divided into HBeAg( ) group(n=56) or HBeAg(-) group(n=48) according to HBeAg.T-cell subsets in the peripheral blood were measured by APAAP,and HBV-signs were measured by ELISA.Results The mean concentrations of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD4 / CD8 of HBV-carrier children were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The level of CD8 was markedly higher(P<0.01).Of them,CD4 ,CD4 / CD8 of HBeAg( ) group were significantly higher than those of HBeAg(-) group and CD8 was markedly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion There were deficiency of T-cell subsets in HBV-carrier children,this deficiency were more obvious in HBeAg( ) group
