甲氯芬酯治疗急性脑梗死后尿失禁

目的 :观察甲氯芬酯对急性脑梗死后尿失禁的疗效。方法 :急性脑梗死后合并尿失禁病人 80例分为 2组。治疗组在对照组治疗方案 (复方丹参注射液等 )的基础上加用甲氯芬酯 0 .3g ,po ,tid ,共观察 1mo。结果 :治疗组中伴有和不伴失语及认知障碍的病人症状改善均较对照组有显著差异 (分别为P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。精神状态简易速评量表(MMSE)评分及日常生活能力量表 (ADL)评分均显著提高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :甲氯芬酯改善了病人的认知能力及日常生活能力 ,对急性脑梗死后尿失禁有一定的治疗作用 ,且安全性好 ,不良反应少。

Meclofenoxate in treating urinary incontinence after acute cerebral infarction

AIM: To observe the effect of meclofenoate in treating urinary incontinence after acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: Eighty patients with urinary incontience after acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. Besides the therapy with compound salvia miltirrhiza injection, etc in patients of control group, patients of treatment group were given meclofenoxate 0.3 g, po , tid for 1 mo. RESULTS: The symptoms in the patients of treatment group with or without aphasia and cognifunction were improved significantly ( P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively), compared with those in the control group. And the mini mental state examination (MMSE) and activity of daily living (ADL) were improved significantly, too ( P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Meclofenoxate may play an important role in the improvement of cognifunction, ADL and MMSE of the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Meclofenoxate is a safe and effective drug in treating urinary incontinence after acute cerebral infarction with less adverse reactions.
