| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补肾活血方对脂肪肝的临床治疗效果。方法治疗组脂肪肝患者76例,对照组30例,前者口服补肾活血方,后者服用维生素E,观察两组治疗的临床症状、肝功能及血脂的变化。结果经60天治疗后,治疗组总有效率及治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肝功能均恢复正常,血脂亦降至正常,经统计学处理,较治疗前有明显差异。结论补肾活血方治疗脂肪肝疗效明显,能显著改善肝功能,且有降低血脂的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of BSHX on fatty liver. Methods Seventy-six patients with fatty liver were treated with BSHX decoction for 60 days, and 30 patients were treated with vitamin E as control. Results The efficiency and cure rate of the treatment group were higher than patients in the control group (P < 0.05). ALT and AST in the treatment group were decreased to normal; total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) in the treatment group were decreased to normal value. Conclusion BSHX decoction is of noticeable therapeutic effect on fatty liver, and it can decrease ALT? AST ?TC and TG. |
