某三级甲等专科医院心内科高值耗材使用基线调查

目的：调查专科临床使用高值医用耗材使用品规与数量，为探索建立规范使用与规范管理原则与方法提供基础数据。方法：采用基线调查法、专家咨询法、文献复习法，调查某三甲专科医院心内科2012年1月-12月高值医用耗材使用情况。结果：调查数据显示，该院心内科临床实际使用的造影导管、冠脉导引导管、电生理导管、血管缝合器、起搏器及电极等高值医用耗材共7大类种、99个品规，且主要集中于24家供应商。结论：高值医用耗材使用在年限与范围内相对稳定，建立规范使用与管理原则与方法具有可行性；临床路径与耗材全程集中规范管理，可促进临床合理规范使用；聚焦耗材管理的制度流程评估，可推进科学合理使用与确保医疗安全；建立制度加科技平台可较好破解目前高值医用耗材使用与管理难题。

A baseline survey of high-cost medical consumables use in cardiology department in a top tertiary specialist hospital

Objectives： By investigating the category, standard, usage amount of high cost medical consumables in a specialist hospital to get basic data for standardized use and management. Methods： Baseline survey, expert consultation and literature review were used to investigate the use of high cost medical consumables in department of cardiology in a top tertiary hospital from Jan. to Dec in 2012. Results： It showed that there 7 categories and 99 sub-categories high cost medical consumables including catheter, cardiography catheter, electrophysiological catheter, vascular closure device, pacemaker box and electrodes were used in the hospital and were purchased from 24 suppliers. Conclusions： It is feasible to standardized use and management for high cost medical consumables when they remain relatively stable durable years and usable range. With clinical pathway and whole process management for high cost consumables, it can promote to regulate the clinic use, and also can improve the fair use and medical safety when we focus in the process evaluation of consumables management. Regulation plus technology platform is one way to solve current problems in the use and management of the high cost medical consumables.
