| 摘 要： | 胃肠道间质瘤是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,主要由梭形细胞、上皮样细胞构成。其生物学行为从良性到高度恶性不等,免疫组织化学以表达CD117为特征。影像学检查对判断生物学行为、结构特征等形态学方面有很高价值。其诊断需要将影像学改变、病理形态和免疫组织化学相结合。目前仍以手术治疗为主,结合分子靶向药物治疗能够取得较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumour（GIST） is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tract. It consists of spindle ceils and epithelioid cells,GISTs are characterized by expressions of CD117 receptor in cells and have variable biological pheno-types ranging from benign tumors to highly malignant tumors. Imaging examination is of high value in judging morphology including its biological behavior, structural feature and so on. Its diagnosis depends on combined application of clinical manifestations, imaging changes, pathological morphology and immuno-histochemistry. Surgery is the main therapeutic method, combined with the molecular targeted therapy may be effective for GISTs. |
