| 摘 要： | [目的]观察山莨菪碱加中药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的疗效。[方法]将65例患儿随机分组，两组均予常规抗过敏、抗凝等治疗，治疗组加用山莨菪碱及中药经验方。[结果]治疗组总有效率94．3％，对照组为83．3％，两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。[结论]山莨菪碱加中药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效肯定，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the effect of Anisodamine associating with Chinese medicine on the allergic purpura in children.[Methods] 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups.They were all treated with anti-allergic and anti-coagulation therapy,while the treatment group was added with Anisodamine associating with Chinese medicine.[Results] The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.3%,which was 83.3% in control group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Anis... |
