| 摘 要： | 结扎60min之后再松开冠状动脉左前降支，造成家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型，针刺内关、神门穴，并观察其血中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－Px)、丙二醛（MDA）的变化。结果表明：与模型组相比，电针显著提高血中SOD、GSH－Px活性，减少MDA的生成。提示针刺对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)model was made by tying off the rabbit's left coronary artery descendent branch(LAD)for 60 min before releaseing,then give them acupuncture therapy,and observe the levels of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA.The results show that:the acupuncture can remarkably improve the level of SOD and GSH-Px.It can also inhibit the increase of MDA.Conclusion:acupuncture can improve heart function,and has the significant protective effects on MIRI. |
