不育男性精液沙眼衣原体检出率与精子参数的关系

目的探讨不育男性生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与精子参数的关系。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的方法检测生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染不育男性精子参数。结果不育组衣原体检出率(27.4%)高于正常生育组(8.2%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);不育组精子密度、活动率和形态学参数低于正常生育组(P<0.05);不育组衣原体阳性精子活动率和形态学参数低于衣原体阴性组(P<0.05)。结论不育男性生殖道CT感染检出率较高,生殖道CT感染者精液常规和形态学检测参数明显降低,CT感染可能是男性不育的主要原因之一。

The Relationship between the Infection Rate of Chlamydia Trachomatis in Infertility Male Semen and Sperm Parameter

Objective To investigate the relationship between the infecti on rate of chlamydia trachomatis(CT)in infertility male semen and sperm paramete r. Method the CT infection and the sperm parameter were examined according to W HO's methods. Results The CT infection rate of infertility male was 27.4%, wh ich was higher than health group(8.2%). There was significant difference between infertility group and health group(P<0.05). The sperm concentration and motilit y and morphology of infertility group was lower than that of health group(P<0.05 ). In infertility male, sperm motility and morphology parameter of CT positive w as lower than that of CT negative(P<0.05). Conclusion The CT infection rate was high in infertility male generative duct. The semen and morphology parameters w ere declined obviously in CT positive male. The CT infection was one of the main causes of male infertility.
