| 摘 要： | 目的比较单用泮托拉唑或与法莫替丁联合应用治疗反流性食管炎的疗效.方法对46例反流性食管炎患者单用泮托拉唑或与法莫替丁合用进行治疗.结果二组患者的治疗后症状缓解率和食管炎镜下愈合率均无显著性差异.结论泮托拉唑与法莫替丁合用治疗反流性食管炎,能相互取长补短,有效控制白天及夜间的酸反流,并且价格适中,患者依从性较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effects of Pantoprazole only or its combination with Famotidine applied to Reflux Esophagitis patients. Methods 46 patients with Reflux Esophagitis were administered Pantoprazole only or its combination with Famotidine. Results The symptom alleviation rate and esophagitis gastroscope concrescence rate were not obviously different. Conclusion The method of applying Pantoprazole combined with Famotidine to treat reflux esophagitis can draw on the strong points each other to domenate the acid reflux effectively during day and night. Moreover the moderate cost is fair and acceptable by patients. |
