盐城市盐都区食品及公共场所从业人员14315例ALT检测结果

目的调查了解盐城市盐都区食品及公共场所从业人员ALT异常情况，初步探讨引起ALT异常的相关因素。方法采用速率法检测该地区2005-2007年相关从业人员血清ALT，并对其结果进行统计分析。结果3年共检测从业人员14315例，其中ALT异常（〉40U／L）者282例，异常率1．97％。2007年异常率较2005、2006年稍高；7月和8月份异常率高于其他月份，而2月和1月份异常率较低；男性异常率高于女性；18～20岁人群异常率低于20岁以上的人员；HBsAg阳性者ALT异常率高于HBsAg阴性人员；异常标本中ALT值41～80U／L、81～150U／L及〉150U／L的比例分别为59．22％、33．69％和7．09％。结论该地区从业人员ALT异常率较高，其原因分别与气温、性别、年龄、HBsAg情况有一定的相关性。

Analysis on ALT of 14315 Food and Public service workers in Yandu District of Yancheng City

Objective] To investigate the level of ALT of food and public service workers in Yandu district of Yancheng City, explore the factors of abnormal increase of ALT. Methods ] Rate turbidimetry was applied to assay serum ALT of food and public service workers in Yandu District during 2005--2007. The data were analyzed with statistics. Results] ALT of 282 cases were risen （ 〉40 U/L） among 14 315 workers who were investigated in 3years, positive rate was 1.97%. Positive rate of 2006 was higher than that of 2005 and 2006. July and August werethe peaks of ALT abnormity, January and February were the bottom seasons. Compared with female, ALT positive of male washigher. Positive rate of 18 - 20years old group was lower than other aged groups. ALT positive rate of HBsAg positive workers was higher than that of HBsAg negative workers. Among ALT abnormity samples, ALT of 41 -80 U/L,81 - 150 U/L and 〉 150 U/L was accounting for 59.22% ,33.69% and 7.09% respectively. Conclusion] The positive rate of ALT of the food and public service workers in Yandu district was higher, and the rate correlated with weather, sex, age and HBsAg.
