平片无张力修补治疗腹股沟复发疝43例体会

目的:探讨平片在无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟复发疝的作用。方法:回顾性分析1999年10月~2006年10月对43例腹股沟复发疝采用平片无张力修补方法的临床资料。结果:平均手术时间55min,43例患者全部治愈,术后阴囊血肿2例,尿储留5例,切口液化1例,术后疼痛1例。39例得到随访,随访时间6个月~5年,全组无复发。结论:应用平片行无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝是一种较好的术式,具有手术安全、复发率低,创伤小、并发症少等优点。

Flat Mesh in the Tension-free Hernioplasty Repair Recurrent Inguinal Hernia in 43 cases

Objective:To evaluate Flat mesh in the Tension-free hernioplasty repair recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods:We repair 43 cases of Flat mesh in the Tension-free hernioplasty repair recurrent inguinal hernia performed in our hospital from October 1999 to October 2005.Results:The mean operation time was 55 mins.All 43 patients were cured,The postoperative complications were 2 casesof scrotal hydroceles,4 cases of urinary retention,1 cases of seroma and 1 cases suffering from pain post-operation.The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 5 years and no recurrerce was observed.Conclusions:Flat mesh in the Tension-free hernioplasty is a perfect surgical operation for ghe inguinal recurrent hernia.It has many advantages,such as safety,lower recurrence rate,minimal invasion and less complications.
