| 摘 要： | 本文总结１８例丘脑及脑干占位性病变的显微与激光手术治疗体会。其中４例位于丘脑，中脑者２例，桥脑者６例，延髓者６例。除１例桥脑胶质瘤术后第三个月死于肿瘤复发呼吸衰竭，１例丘脑肿瘤于术后１年死于再手术后感染外，其他皆有良好的神经功能恢复．１２例于术中后２～３周作ＣＴ／ＭＲ检查，显示有明显改善．随访５个月～２年无症状复发表现．本文就丘脑及脑干占位病变的手术适应证、手术入路及激光应用作重点讨论．

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the experiences of surgical treatment in 18 cases of space-occupying lesions by laser and microsurgery. Among them,4 cases were thalamus tumor. 2 cases were mesencephalic tumor, 6 cases were in pontine, 6 cases were in medulla oblongta. The result showed that all the patients were in excellent neurological recovery except 1 cases of pontine glioma died of failure of respiration on account of recurrence of tumor 3 month after the operation, and 1 case of thalamus glioma died of infection after 1 year from second operation. 12 cases were re--examined by CT and MR after 2 to 3 weeks, which showed apparent improvement. Following up for 5 months to 2 years none of the remaining patients suffered recurrence of the symptoms. The surgical indication, the operative approach and the useing of laser were discussed in detail. |
