| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠癌Mile’术后肠造口皮肤粘膜分离的处理及护理体会。方法回顾性分析16例直肠癌Mile’术后肠造口皮肤粘膜分离病例临床资料。结果16例并发症均治愈，平均治愈时间为13日。结论有针对性的造口护理和治疗，迅速治愈直肠癌MILE’S术后肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的造口并发症，大幅度提高了患者生活质量。
