| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定排石康颗粒剂中齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（85∶15）,流速1 mL/min,检测波长208 nm。结果齐墩果酸质量浓度在2.4～38.4μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8（n=6）,平均回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.97%（n=6）。结论所用方法简便灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为排石康颗粒剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method for oleanolic acid in Paishikang Granules by HPLC.Methods The Eclipse XDB-C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was selected and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（85∶15） with the flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 208 nm.Results Oleanolic acid had good linearity in the range of 2.4-38.4 μg/mL（r = 0.999 8）,the average recovery rate was 98.97%,RSD = 1.97%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be much suitable for the determination of oleanolic acid in Paishikang Granules. |
