| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍食管后壁套入、前壁斜形食管胃吻合术。方法 采用食管后壁套入、前壁斜形食管胃吻合术治疗158例食管癌患者 ,其中胸内吻合 53例 ,颈部吻合 10 5例。结果 158例患者术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 ,占 1.3 % ;无一例吻合口狭窄。随诊结果满意。结论 食管后壁套入、前壁斜形食管胃吻合术治疗食管癌 ,并发症少 ,术后吻合口瘘发生率低 ,效果满意

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a method of esophago-gastrostomy for the treatment of carcinoma of esophagus. Methods The surgical procedure of the posterior wall of esophagus encasing in and the anterior wall of esophagus oblique esophago-gastrostomy was performed to treat 158 patients of carcinoma of esophagus. The anastomosis was inside the chest for 53 patients and inside the cervical part for 105 patients. Results The anastomotic leakage was occurred in 2 patients (1.3%)and anastomotic stenosis was not found. The results of follow-up were satisfied. Conclusion The treatment of carcinoma of esophagus with the posterior wall of esophagus encasing in and the anterior wall of esophagus oblique esophago-gastrostomy can obtain satisfied clinical results with few complications and low rates of anastomotic leakage. |
