电刺激小脑顶核对脑梗死患者血液流变学及临床效果的研究

目的　研究电刺激小脑顶核 (EN)对脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法　 62例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上同时接受电刺激小脑顶核治疗 ,对照组仅给予常规治疗。观察患者的神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效及血液流变学指标的变化。结果　治疗组患者临床总有效率为 90 3 2 % ,对照组 67 74% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显减小 (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组与对照组相比血液流变学指标的变化有显著性差异。结论　电刺激小脑顶核能显著改善脑梗死患者的临床疗效及血液流变学指标。血液流变学指标的变化可能是其治疗机理之一。

INFLUENCE OF FASTIGIAL NUCLEUS STIMULATION ON BLOOD RHEOLOGY AND CLINICAL ASPECTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION

Objective To investigate fastigial nucleus stimulation (FNS) treating on influence of the blood rheology,the nervous score and the clinical effect with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group had been treated with FNS on the base of routine medical treatment.The patients of control group had only been given base treatment.Finally,observe the nervous score,the blood rehology,the clinical effect.Results The overall effective rate of treatment group was 90.32% .The control group was 67.74%.There were significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).After FNS treatment,there were significant difference of the blood rehology of patients between two groups and there were significant difference of the nervous score of patients between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The FNS can improve evidently the clinical effect and the blood rehology with acute cerebral infarction.Variation of the blood rehology can be one of system of treatment.
